How It Works
Every engagement follows a structured process. We do not skip steps, and we do not hand off architecture without verifying it works.
1. Discovery
We map your current entity footprint — where you appear in AI systems, how your schema is structured, what your Knowledge Graph representation looks like, and where the gaps are. This is not a keyword research phase. It is a structural analysis of how AI systems currently understand your organization.
2. Architecture
Based on discovery findings, we design the target architecture. This includes schema structure, domain topology (if building a distributed network), content architecture, and the specific entity relationships that need to be established or strengthened. You see the full plan before any implementation begins.
3. Implementation
We build it. Schema gets written and deployed. Content gets structured and published. Domain architecture gets configured. Cross-references get established. This is not a handoff — we do the implementation work, or we work alongside your team to ensure it is done correctly.
4. Verification
We verify that AI systems are finding, processing, and correctly interpreting the architecture we built. This includes crawl pattern analysis, schema validation, and testing entity representation across multiple AI platforms. If something is not working, we catch it here — not six months later.
5. Iteration
